As part of our Activity 2: Improvement of the systems of communications, transportation and information & “Activity 5: Training and education programs for RIU-SM indigenous communities” we equipped 10 schools with portable power stations in the Bajo Río Vichada Dos zone. With these activities we aim to provide tools so that indigenous children have access to information, are able to use computers and get better learning conditions.
We tackle climate change, stop deforestation, protect RIU-SM tropical forests & reduce CO2 global emissions – while safeguarding its rich biodiversity and improving the well-being of its indigenous communities.
