4.763 meal and necessity goods kits for RIU-SM indigenous families

Our project is designed to respond to local needs and improve RIU-SM indigenous communities well-being; especially during difficult periods, such as the current health crisis caused by Covid-19. We purchased and distributed 4.763 meal and necessity goods kits to RIU-SM indigenous families during the quarantine. Our Mataven REDD+ Project is a participatory process, we work hand in hand with RIU-SM indigenous communities to tackle climate change, stop deforestation, protect their tropical forests & reduce CO2 global emissions – while safeguarding their rich biodiversity and improving their well-being.
