The REDD+ Matavén Project is validated and certified for 30 years (2013 – 2042) under internationally recognized Verra standards:
By meeting both VCS and CCB standards, the Project guarantees that its activities are evaluated against the highest international criteria, demonstrating a real, measurable impact on both the environment and the communities living in and around the forests.
The joint VCS+CCB certification reinforces the integrity, transparency, and quality of the Project’s carbon credits, ensuring they meet global expectations for credibility and sustainability.
